    • Step 1: Through an interactive activity, we map the communication styles of each member of the team.

    • Step 2: The group discusses benefits and challenges of the different communication approaches

    • Step 3: For the sake of the activity, to each communication style, an ability is assigned

    • Step 4: The team is then given a robotics kit and fragmented parts of the instructions are divided among the team members. Each team member is allowed to communicate their part of the instructions using the ability given by their individual communication style

    • Step 5: Once the robot is completed, the teams will use the robot they created to complete an obstacle course

    Duration:

    2 hours (short version)

    3 hours (normal version)

  • Looking for a way to help you employees bond, and improve company culture? This is the activity for you: participate in the robotics olympics!

    Depending on the time available and the number of employees, we might do robot football, tag of war, bumper bots and more

    Duration: Available from 90 minutes to 5 hours
